A display panel and a display device. A thin-film transistor array substrate in the display panel comprises a second substrate (109), a pixel electrode layer (108), a bearing layer and a reflecting layer; the second substrate (109) comprises a first zone (112) and a second zone (113); a bearing platform (107) in the bearing layer is arranged on the pixel electrode layer (108), and the position where the bearing platform (107) is located corresponds to the second zone (113); and a reflecting sheet (106) in the reflecting layer is arranged on the bearing platform (107), and the reflecting sheet has a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface. The display panel can increase the utilization rate about light rays in a backlight unit. |
