The circuit includes a switch unit (80) for selecting hook on/off or OHD key function, a line controller (90) for constructing communication path, and a control circuit (100) for controlling line controller when hook on/off is selected, for providing hook sensing signal to tone pulse dial circuit (40), for resetting OHD key, for constructing communication path when OHD key is pressed so that dialing is enabled at hook on state, and for driving audio amplifier (60) so that the replied message can be received.
