The method for calling pager by function key utilizing phone number stored in memory by absence memory function comprises a first process for processing input signal through a key pad (50) for checking existance of call mode and designating key input during the first process, a second process for transmitting message and for storing a phone number of transmitter on a RAM (30), and a third process for reading the phone number of transmitter by a first subsidiary apparatus (70) and for transmitting phone number to a pager.
