The press for hot-pressing plates of synthetic rubber or thermoplastic resin for shoe-sole, automatically carries out continuous process of supplying and melt-forming raw material, and separating finished products from die. The press includes travers multistage locating racks (3)(3a)(3b) and elevating thermal plates (8)(8a)(8b) on piston (2) ofmain cylinder (1); front die moving cylinders (6)(6a)(6b), lower work station (11) elevated by cylinder (10) and guide column (9); die moving plate (21) sliding on guide rails (9)(12); upper or lower die plates (13a)(13b) opened or closed by link-head (17) separating from stepped latch (18) of die cover plate (21a).
