The radio frequency amplifier comprises an amplifying means (50) for amplifying a radio frequency signal; a sensing meams (90) operationally coupled to the amplifying means (50) and detecting the oscilation factor of the amplifying means to generate a sensing signal; a stabilizing circuit means (100) operationally coupled to the sensing means and for damping the signal of the feedback path to stabilize the amplifying means; and a coupling means for coupling the stabilizing means to the amplifying means during generating the oscilating factor and for seperating the former from the latter during not generating the oscilating factor.
