The invention relates to a valve (1) which comprises: a hollow body (15) that comprises a passage conduit (17) for a fluid, having an inlet (19) and an outlet (21); a globe (25) movable relative to the hollow body (15) between an inlet closing position (19) and an inlet opening position (19); and a resilient member (27) returning the globe (25) to the opening position of same. The valve (1) includes a control member (29) linked to the globe (25), selectively movable with respect to the hollow body (15) between a first stable position in which the control member (29) immobilises the globe (25) in the closing position, and a second stable position in which the globe (25) is free to move between the closing position and the opening position of same.
