Disclosed is a wearable device for human body tumble rescue. In an embodiment of the present invention, a data collection module collects human body state information and sends the human body state information to a control module; a tumble triggering module generates a tumble prompt signal and sends the tumble prompt signal to the control module; the control module sends rescue information to a communications module according to the human body state information, sends tumble prompt information to a broadcast module and the communications module according to the human body state information and the tumble prompt information, and receives and broadcasts the tumble prompt information; and the communications module sends the rescue information and the tumble prompt information to a remote monitoring platform. The present invention is of great significance for the remote monitoring platform to send a rescue guide, and can reduce misgiving of surrounding people in rescuing a wearer, allows a wearer to be rescued timely, gain valuable rescue time, and reduce the hospitalization rate and the mortality of human bodies after tumbles.
