The circuit, mounted on automobile, controls operation of brake system and lighting lamps required for conditions. The circuit performs automatic switching of head lamp and detecting the disorder of speed sensor. The circuit includes a switch section having headlamp switch (S1), main switch (S2), auto switch (S4), starting switch (S5).; input signal processing section having speed detector (1), power supply earths (8,9,10); a logic gae having AND gates (AND1-AND4), OR gate (OR2) and inverters (IV1-IV3); a control signal output section having delay circuits (11,17,19); a control display section having brake warning lamp, tail lamp, etc.
