PROCESS FOR CONTINUOUS HYDROGENATION OF VEGET ABLE OILS AND FATS A process for a continuous hydrogenation of vegetable oils and fats comprising contacting the starting product with hydrogen in the presence of a palladium catalyst with a particle size of from 50 to 350 .mu.m with the formation of a hydrogenate, the formation of a stream of the reaction mixture which is delivered to a circulation, the removal of the hydrogenate from the circulating reaction mixture at a speed of 2-8 m/s in an autonomous flow directed at an angle of 90-180.degree. to the circulating stream of the reaction mixture.
