A three layer, biaxially-oriented polyolefin film which is sealable on both exterior surfaces and includes a base layer of polypropylene which carries two sealing layers of sealable olefin polymers. The base layer includes about 0.5 to 2% by weight of polydialkylsiloxane having a viscosity of less than about 500 mm2/s. The film is particularly well-suited for the reception of aqueous printing inks or as a substrate for aqueous coating systems.
