PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus which reduces the amount of axial misalignment of a cylindrical pipe, thereby easily connecting a refrigerant piping with the cylindrical pipe.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus 1 is disposed in an external case 6 and includes: a semiconductor module 31; a cooler 32; a frame 2; and a clamp 5 which holds cylindrical pipes 322 and 323 with the frame 2. The cooler 32 includes the pair of cylindrical pipes 322, 323 for introducing or discharging a refrigerant medium. Each of the cylindrical pipes 322, 323 includes: a pipe tip part 324 which fits into a seal member 71; and a tip proximity part 325 which is located close to the base end side of the pipe tip part 324. The frame 2 has a pair of pipe support parts 231 and holds the tip proximity part 325 by the clamp 5 and the pipe support parts 231, thereby fixing the pair of cylindrical pipes 322, 323 to the frame 2. |
