The system for parking vehicles in a narrow space, has a multi- storey structure being assembled with section steel beams, an elevator type cage having flexible 2-stage pallets for transferring vehicles, which are supported by rotary table rotated in a 360-degree arc. The system (1) includes an elevator type cage (21) horizontally moved along guide rail (2), which has the inner fix frame (22), table (23), pallet (24) sequentially, and the upper moving part (31), table rotating part (51), lifting part (61); control case (94) and support guide (96) on rotating shaft (93) of sprockets (65',66',67',68'); chain tension adjuster (91) and pallet expansion part (101) on the projection (97') of sprockets.
