The system using an elevator, performs simplified parkings in narrow spaces such as an apartment or department store parking lot. The system comprises support wall (2) for both sides of elevator (1); T-shaped supporting guide column (3) at the front, rear, upper sides of (2), and L-shaped supporting guide-column (4) at the lower side of (2); rollers (6)(6a) for contacting with (4) at car loading frame (5), and rollers (8)(8a) for contacting with (3) on vertical support column (7); wire rope (9) for connecting (5) with (7), maintaining a horizontal level of (5); two pairs of racks (10),(10a) ,(11)(11a) being respectively meshed with pinions (13), (13a),(14) ,(14a),(15),(15a); magnet (12) being attached on the edge of racks; belt or chain (17) for connecting rotary shaft (16) of motor with each of racks.
