SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE GENERATOR

The generator is applied in the telecommunications, information, radio- and radiolocational equipment. It is simplified and ensures optimum compatibility in terms of power and operations within a wide frequency scope. It consists of a two-step transistor amplifier, whose chain for positive feedback is connected to a frequency setting elements with surface acoustic waves, which contains opposite crest-like transformators. The two-step transistor amplifier is non-resonant and is built of two bipolar transistor steps connected in a chain. Each of the steps has a chain of high-frequency negative feedback via current, built from parallelly connected resistor and condenser, which are plugged between the emitter of each of the two transistors and mass, and a chain of high-frequency negative feedback in terms of power furnished by a resistor plugged between the collector and the base of the transistors of the two steps. The relation between the values of the resistances of the resistor of high-frequency negative feedback for power and the resistor of high-frequency feedback for currency for each transistor step is bigger or equal to 10 or less than 200. The values of the resistor of negative feedback for power for each step are between 0.1 kj to 2kj.
