<p>The switch regulates an electrical load with the aid of a bridge circuit and a temperature-dependent sensor. The thermally activated switch embodies an integrated circuit (IC1), which forms one half of the bridge, is the evaluating logic and directly controls a power switch (T1). The integrated circuit (IC1) embodies three resistors (R5, R6, R7), two comparators (K1, K2), a flipflop (FF1) connected to the output of the latter and a transistor (T2) whose collector forms one terminal (7) of the integrated circuit (IC1). The invention can be used, in particular, in the on-board power supply system of a motor vehicle, especially for regulating electrical heating systems. <IMAGE></p> |
