For activating and controlling the semi-tables and for buffering oscillations at random water level variations in the canal, it has a single floating unit on each plane semi-tables; this unit has an elongated and curved shape corresponding to the lower edge of the two plane semi-tables and is divided by a separating wall into a lower and upper room, which includes the oscillation buffer.</p>
