The invention refers to a technological boat for collecting hydrocarbons from water surface for interventions in emergencies cases of sea, lake or river pollution with petroleum oils. The technological boat, according to this invention, is equipped with a flexible bow and double aft berthing, on more than half of the board's length. Among the berthing, the collection installations are placed and are equipped with a oleophilic tape and folded barrier wings, and in the space among the berthing and the existing plates and the propeller tunnel there are some communication channels allowing forced water circulation and film amassing among the berthing through the suction force of the propeller.
