The device for combining the contact piece with rivet, performs sequential processes such as feeding of rivet and contact-piece, combining of two elements, and punching of rivet bulged from the combined elements. The device comprises left/right transfer carriage (5)(5') connected with a moving rod (4) at crank plates (3)(3') of motors (2)(2'), elevating frame (10) driven by air cylinder (11), clamping device (18) driven by piston (20) of air cylinder (19), air press (21) on the punching die (8), pneumatic hose (24) of pneumatic controller (23), for injecting air to the die (8).
