The controller controls the circuit with the rotation slit disc having the optical fibre (20) and the slits. The slits are formed along the trackts of the disc (8) so that the lights are passed or cut repeatedly as rotating the disc. The photosensor placed at opposite side of the optical fibre detects the passed light to control the solenoid (S1) sequentially.
