Improvements to the manufacture of tips for the feet of furniture, and resulting tip, forming, in the actual stage of moulding the body 1 of the tubular bushing, with rounded head 3 and, optionally, with projecting fins 2, a conduit 4 in the centre of the head and a rod 5, projecting inwardly and outwardly with respect to said conduit, ending externally in a plate 6 and joined to the tip by means of a thin, easily breakable wall 7, forming a single piece with the assembly. The rod has, on the outside, a projecting elastic fin 8, with a diameter which is slightly greater than that of the conduit 4, which has its inner opening widened towards the inside. The tip thus formed applies to the legs of furniture, especially those of the tube type. <IMAGE>
