Machine for the manufacture of reinforced-concrete beams or posts of the type comprising a web (3), along the ends of which are articulated two side flanges (7 and 12), means (6, 14, 15, 16, 20) for holding the flanges perpendicular to the web (3) and an end element (31) inserted between the flanges (7 and 12) and intended to produce the moulding of at least one of the ends of the beam or of the post, characterised in that the end element consists of a block (31) of flexible and elastic material having dimensions slightly greater than the separation of the flanges and than the depth of the mould, so that, after closing the said mould, the block (31) is slightly compressed, on the one hand, in order to seal and, on the other hand, by deformation of its face pointing towards the inside of the mould, in order to give the latter the shape to be obtained at the corresponding end of the beam or of the post. <IMAGE>
