PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic highly branched polymer which has excellent mixing/dispersing property with respect to a matrix resin, and can impart surface modification property such as excellent lipophilicity (fingerprint resistance) to a cured film obtained from a resin composition without impairing transparency inherent to a resin; and a polymerizable composition containing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a lipophilic highly branched polymer which is obtained by polymerization of a monomer A having two or more radical polymerizable double bonds in the molecule and a monomer B having an alkyl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms or an alicyclic group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms and at least one radical polymerizable double bond in the molecule, in the presence of 5-200 mol% of a polymerization initiator C with respect to a mol number of the monomer A; and a polymerizable composition containing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
