The present invention relates to a tidal current power generating system, easily installed by enabling only a column to be stood in the sea and enabling vertical rotary blades and a column of a hollow portion to be coupled to a floating body to be inserted into the column without having a frictional force since the column and the column of a hollow portion are not bonded to each other since a repulsive force between the same polarity when magnets are installed outside the column and inside the column of the hollow portion to enable the column and the column of the hollow portion to have the same polarity and generating electricity by using a power generating device installed in an upper portion of the column by using tidal current power of the vertical rotary blade in order to have low installation costs, few defects, and be easily repaired. Moreover, main components do not directly come in contact with seawater and do not have a bearing or a gear device, so that the tidal current power generating system has few defects, can be used for a long period of time, and does not pollute the seawater in order to be completely environment-friendly.
