Compsn. (I) comprises (A) aq. dispersion of polymer (II) with electrical resistance more than 10 power(10) Ohm. (B) as light coloured conductive pigment compsn., (B1) 2-15% (all pts.wt.) light coloured metal cpd. with conductivity more than 1 x 10 power(-2) reciprocal ohms/cm. (B2) 0.2-0.5%, on (I), C fibres as electrically conductive filler (C) other additives, partic. nonconductive fillers, pigments, preservatives, dispersion aids, solubilisers, natural or synthetic resins, and film-forming auxiliaries. For prepn. of coatings, sealings, or bondings with electrical resistivity (DIN 53726) less than 1 x 10 power(7) Ohm (claimed), partic. (I) being applied using spatula with pointed teeth, gap between teeth 4.5 mm, tooth depth 3.5mm, partic. contg. rutile mixed phase pigment and C fibres 3 mm long, and partic. for prepn. of floor coverings with resistance of about 10 power (7) Ohms or less (all claimed). Conductivity is greater than the sum of conductivities imparted separately by (B1) and (B
