The method designed to prevent rock pieces from flying off on explosion employs a tube filled with incompressible fluid and placed on the bottom of the drilled hole to be in the height of half the hole depth and places an explosive means over the tube to be covered in layers with a plurality of impact absorbent units (10) filled with an impact absorbing agent and capped with a sealing agent (11) for tight sealing of the hole. The explosive means comprising an elastic tube (5) filled with a compressed explosive gas (4) in package is detonated by an electrical ignition for the explosion to apply pressure to the incompressible fluid in the tube (3) to expand and break the rock bed without vibration.
