The method prepares a sintered iron ore which includes 75-85 % iron ore, 10-20 % lime, at most 5 % silica, and at most 50 % serpentinite with binder. In this method, the sintered mixture materials over 1mm of CaO source is used directly, fine particle lime below 1 mm is made into mini pallets combining with bentonite and cement, and silca and serpentinite of SiO2 source is made into fine particles below 1 mm.
