The pre-fabricated stair block simplifies a form work, covering mortar and tiling in the conventional staircase building method to reduce the staircase building period and cost. The pre-fabricated stair comprises a plurality of concave grooves (2) transversally formed on the front corner of the stair block (1), a plurality of concave/convex parts (3,4) also transversally formed under the block (1), a transversal groove (5) formed in the front lower end of the block (1), a pin hole (7) peroforated on the upper face of the block (1), and an anti-skid rubber (9) formed on the concave grooves (2).
