an external synchronizing detector (20) finding whether the external synchronizing signal (12) is generated or not; a mode section determining whether the CRT controller is operated by any synchronization according to the state of each selective signal inputting to the internal or external synchronizing selective terminal (31) and the detection activating selective terminal (32); a synchronizing multi-plexor (10) generating the output synchronizing signal (13) by multi-plexing the internal and the external synchronizing signal generated from the CRT controller. the controller generates the synchronizing signal and the address signal for analog/digital and digital/analog conversion.
