<p>A machine for picking up poultry from the ground comprises a frame (1) on which are mounted at least two parallel rotating rolls positioned substantially horizontally and rotating upwards at their line of contact, in the direction shown by arrows A and B. The rolls comprise a thick layer of extremely supple material for picking up the animals from the ground and placing them on a conveyor designed to take them to crates or containers.</p> |
