Low-calorie chocolate comprising: - fat, preferably originating from cocoa, - a sweetening filler, - at least one emulsifying agent, - and optionally defatted dry cocoa and/or a pulverulent milk product or derivative, characterised in that it has a total fat content of less than 32%, preferably less than 31% and more preferentially still less than 29% by weight with respect to the weight of the combined abovementioned ingredients, and in that the sweetening filler is based on at least one product chosen from the group consisting of high purity crystallised maltitol, lactitol, hydrogenated isomaltulose and low-calorie saccharide polymers. |
