The system, loaded in automobile, displays the information on surroundings of the automobile in running by use of a monitor camera equipped in the rear part of the automobile. The monitor system comprises the monitor camera (8) up/down movable and rotatable and monitoring the rear and sides of the automobile; a VTR (10) displaying the information monitored by the camera (8); an apparatus for hiding the monitor camera (8) in the case of parking the automobile; an automobile start sensor (1); a delay timer circuit (2) delaying the start senor output signal at falling/rising edges nd switching off the signal after a reference period; an EIS circuit (7) stabilizing the image while the road condition is not good.
