<p>According to the invention, the device for abstracting and restoring a predetermined and constant quantity of a liquid is of the type comprising a tube intended to contain the said predetermined quantity of liquid, the said tube comprising an open end for allowing to enter and restoring the said liquid, the said tube (10) being closed at its end (15) away from the said open end (16) for allowing to enter and restoring the said liquid, the internal volume of the said tube (10) corresponding to the said predetermined quantity, the said tube (10) being driven in rotation about an axis (11) by driving means, the said tube being arranged along a surface whose distance, from the said closed end (15) as far as the said open end (16), increases or remains constant in relation to the said axis (11) so that it is entirely filled with the liquid (21) in which the said open end (16) is immersed when the said driving means drive the said tube (10) in one direction and so that it empties completely of the liquid (21) which it contains when the said driving means drive the said tube (10) in the opposite direction.
