发明名称 PROCESS FOR MAKING INSTANT COFFEE
摘要 A natural coffee extract is prepd. by (a) roasting coffee bean and pulverizing, (b) mixing the obtd. powder with water of 2-3 times the powde weight, (c) heat-treating the mixt. at 95-270 deg.C under 0.5-30 kg/cm2 for 1-2 hr. and drying to obtain the 10 % or less water-contg. reactant, (d) pressing or extracting the reactant with solvent, and filtering to obtain the final product. The obtd. natural coffee extract is useful for the prodn. of instant coffee and forms little froth when it dissolves in hot water.
