摘要 Traditional Christmas sweets with crunchy texture and resistant to crumbling are made by distributing puffed rice or other cereal in a homogeneous mixt. of dry flour, butter and sugar, in sufficient quantiy to convert the sticky mass into a crunchy texture, and then completely covering the shape with chocolate to give sufficient rigidity to resist crumbling under light finger pressure.
