The alarm to inform temperature of a cooker comprises a detecting means for the temperature of boiled liquid, a means alarming the detected liquid temperature reaching the set temperature, and a means that changes the alarm temperature by setting the liquid temperature. The means that alarm the detected liquid temperature operates in the temperature range that the boiled liquid temperature is above the set temperature and below a specific temperature which is above the set temperature.
