PURPOSE:To enable a continuously variable transmission and friction clutch for travelling to be easily exchanged in a transmission structure for a service car such as agricultural tractor, rice planting machine for riding. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 25 for transmitting power to a travelling device is disposed on one side of transmission cases 7, 9 for travelling and a transmission shaft 13 to which the power of an engine is transmitted is provided on the same side as that of the input shaft 25 in the transmission cases 7, 9. A belt type continuously variable transmission 18 and friction clutch 19 are incorporated in an enclosed support case 17, and a speed change unit 8 projecting a speed change operating section 32 of the continuously variable transmission 18 and a clutch operating section 34 of the friction clutch 19 from the support case 17 is provided. An input section 20 of the speed change unit 8 is attached removably to the transmission shaft 13 of the transmission cases 7, 9 and an output section 21 of the speed change unit 8 is attached removably to the input shaft 25 of the transmission cases 7, 9.
