PURPOSE:To obtain a fitting structure of hanging shelves, having no fear of damages of interial members, which can extremely easily be settled at a specified position on a wall. CONSTITUTION:In a fitting structure of a hanging shelf, in which a hook 3 equipped at the back side of the hanging shelf 1 is attached to a receiving member 6 horizontally fixed at the specified position of the wall face 2 is arranged to attach the hanging shelf 1 to the wall face 2, the length of the receiving member 6 is made longer than the width of the hanging shelf 1. By this structure, the hanging shelf 1 is fitted to the receiving member 6 at the easy place for the working, by making it slide up to a required position to settle it at a specified position. In this way, the interial members can be prevented from suffering damages and the construction works can be facilitated. And the fitting work of the hanging shelf can be carried out by one 16 man, by dividing the hanging shelf into pieces with the size and weight so that one man can transfer for himself.
