<p>The felt-like implant is composed of absorbable material and is characterised in that it consists of a mixture of 1 to 20 mm long filaments or fibres of at least two different absorbable materials with different melting points, which mixture has been shaped or pressed to a felt-like article after heating to a temperature which is above the melting point of the absorbable material with the lowest melting point and below the melting point of the other absorbable material with the highest melting point.</p> |
