PURPOSE:To perform high accurate detection of rotary speed ratio in a short time, by providing a pulse signal of frequency in proportion to a rotary speed of an input and an output shaft and obtaining the rotary speed of an input and an output shaft and obtaining the rotary speed ratio of the input shaft to the output shaft from ratio of a period of the pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal P1, P2 is a signal in which one pulse is generated at each time a tooth of a magnetic material gear 21b, 22b passes through just before an electromagnetic pickup 21a, 22a. A frequency counter 28, 29 stores its content in an output register while the counter is reset at each arrival of a trigger pulse Pn. Accordingly, a content of the output register corresponds to a time interval between two neighboring trigger pulses Pn+1 and Pn, and this time interval T1, T2 corresponds to a generation period of the pulse signal P1, P2. Accordingly, high accurate detection of rotary speed ratio is performed in a short time. |
