摘要 The level of matter is determined within the material between its outer surfaces after it has been mangled, for the measurements to be analysed. Pref. at intervals, samples are taken of the contained matter by the application and collection of fresh solvent, and the matter within the collected solvent is determined quantitatively and/or qualitatively. A defined vol. of solvent is applied to a defined amt. of textile material, and collected after it has dwelt with the material for a given time span. The solvent is applied as a vapour pref. using water, or with water, applied at 25-170 deg.C (115-125 deg.C). The solvent is applied as a vol. flow which is 2-50 times the woven mass from which it is to be extracted, (5-10 times). The solvent is applied across the material plane, to pass through it. The conductivity of the interior of the material is determined, between its outer surfaces through inserted electrodes. For each conductivity value, values for matter derived experimentally are stored and accessed as parameters, where they have no effect on the electroconductivity, esp. non-ion matter, matter which is part of the textile material or inactive ions. The oxidn.-redn. potential is determined within the material between its outer surfaces, as is the concn. of H-ions and/or other ions within the fabric. A unit with a heater is closed to the fabric to apply a solvent to it and heat and/or vaporise the solvent. A second unit, close to the fabric, collects solvent from the material and passes it to the analysis station. The parameters for the solvent are controlled at the first unit, esp. for pressure and/or vol. flow and/or temp. The second unit has a suction system facing the feed jet of the first unit which, w.r.t. the speed of fabric movement, gives a defined dwell time for the solvent within the material, with adjustment. Two electrode assemblies are inserted into the fabric for electroconductivity, and the resistance is measured for analysis. The electrode assemblies have needles to penetrate the fabric. The resistance analysis unit has memories to store charge values w.r.t. measured conductivities for access. The needles are inserted between the fabric outer surfaces to measure the pH value or the concn. of other given ions within the material, to be identified by the connected analysis unit with its stored data of charged values w.r.t. measured concn. values.
