PURPOSE: To make it possible to clearly observe an objective image within a mask area on a monitor. CONSTITUTION: This graphic display device is provided with a monitor 5, a 1st frame storing part 1 for storing digital data for regulating the color contents of a picture to be displayed on the monitor 5, a 2nd frame storing part 2 for storing a control data string to be control data values corresponding to respective pixels of the picture stored in the 1st frame storing part 1 and processing means 6, 10, 3 for displaying the picture stored in the 1st frame storing part 1 on the monitor 5 under the control of the control data string. The processing means 6, 10, 3 mix a picture to be moved and the picture read out from the 1st frame storing part 1 under the control of the control data string. |
