PURPOSE:To prevent the thickening of a resin when the resin is impregnated with reinforcing fibers in a mold and pultrusion is conducted continuously to the reinforcing fibers, and to mold a long-sized FRP product, in which no resin is boiled and which has excellent quality, continuously. CONSTITUTION:The continuous molding method of a long-sized FRP product, in which the inside of a mold 1 is supplied with continuous reinforcing fibers G while the inside of the mold 1 is supplied with a thermo-setting resin P, the reinforcing fibers G are impregnated with the resin P, the resin is heated and cured in said mold 1, and resin-impregnated fibers are molded in a specified sectional shape and molded continuously in succession, is composed of a process, in which the joining pot section 1B of the resin supply port 1A of the molding die 1 and the reinforcing fibers G is cooled and the reinforcing fibers G are molded while being impregnated with the resin P. |
