The circuit for improving a frequency charactristic and a dynamic output range comprises a transistor (Q1) biased by a voltage source (VB) and an input signal (Vi), a transistor (Q2) having a base connected to the emitter of the transistor (Q1) through a zener diode (ZD1) and also connected to its emitter and a current source (Io) through a resistor (R2), a transistor (Q3) having a base connected to the emitter of the transistor (Q2) through a resistor (R3), a transistor (Q11) having a base connected to the base of the TR (Q1) and an emitter connected to a current source (I1) and a base of a TR (Q12) through a zener diode (ZD11), and the TR (Q12) having a collector connected to an output terminal (Vo).
