L'invention a pour objet les produits de formule générale (I): (I) isomère syn, dans laquelle R1, R2, R3 et R5 représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou un radical hydroxy, alkyloxy, mercapto, alkylthio, nitro, cyano, amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, carbamoyle, (alkylamino) carbonyle, (dialkylamino) carbonyle, carboxy, alcoxycarbonyle, acyloxy, R4 représente un radical hydroxy ou alcyloxy, étant entendu que lorsque R3 représente un radical hydroxy, ou alcyloxy, R1, R2 et R5 ne représentent pas ensemble un atome d'hydrogène, A et A' représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un équivalent de métal alcalin, alcalino-terreux, de magnésium, d'ammonium ou d'une base organique aminée, ou bien l'un ou chacun des groupes CO2A ou CO2A' représentent CO2?. Ces produits possèdent d'intéressantes propriétés pharmacologiques qui justifient leur emploi comme médicaments. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation des produits de formule (I).
