A pump working chamber (3) made of elastic material to be compressible and a compression pump (8) are integrally joined to a main tube (1). Air can be easily inletted and exhausted to tubes (8)(8a)(8b) connected to the pump working chamber and the compression pump by compressing the pump working chamber and the compression pump. An air supply tip (26) fixed to connection tubes (18a)(18b) by a holder (5a) is joined to hoses (19a)(19b) to control a control valve (21), to operate the pump and to balance pneumatic pressure between the main tube and the pump working chamber.
