An improvement of patent no. 90.152.43 of November 27, 1990 is provided, as far as the following features are concerned: (1) User comfort is enhanced by means of a new arrangement and design of clamping arms (2 and 12 in figs. 5-6) using a hydropneumatic system as a power transmission assembly; the hydraulic system is included in claim 8 of patent no. 90.152.43. (2) A neutral or rest position is achieved by means of a control (52) (fig. 7) without locking the seat suspension. (3) The clamps (29 in figs. 5-6) are adapted to any seat which is moved up-down and up-down-up, etc., by the suspension via the hydropneumatic transmission system.
