PURPOSE:To obtain a coagulated polymer excellent in impact resistance, optical properties, moldability, and handleability through emulsion polymerization. CONSTITUTION:A latex of a multilayered polymer, in which the outermost layer is a hard layer having a glass transition temperature of 25 deg.C or above when polymerized alone and at least one of the inner layers is a soft layer having a glass transition temperature of 25 deg.C or below when polymerized alone, the soft layer being obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 60-100wt.% at least one diene monomer and 0-40wt.% other monomer copolymerizable therewith, is prepared by emulsion polymerization, and the latex is then frozen, molten and dehydrated to remove the multilayered polymer from the latex. |
