PURPOSE:To keep a ceramic green sheet thin, provide a heterogeneous material portion having a fine pattern even if the heterogeneous material portion is formed on a surface of the green sheet, and efficiently form the green sheet. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 2 are bored on a surface of a green sheet 1, and a heterogeneous material 3 is filled in the holes 2. In manufacturing the sheet, a resist agent layer 4 is formed on the surface of the green sheet 1 made of ceramic paste, and then, an exposing portion 3 is formed on the resist agent layer 4 including the green sheet 1 by light beam radiation. The exposing portion 3 is removed after developing, and the through holes 2 each having a predetermined pattern are formed on the surface of the green sheet 1 covered with the residual resist agent layer 4. Heterogeneous material paste made of a material different from that of the green sheet 1 is filled in the through holes 2. Furthermore, the resist agent layer 4 remaining on the surface of the green sheet 1 is peeled off and removed, whereby a heterogeneous material portion 3 is formed on the green sheet 1. |
