<p>The invention relates to a monofilament fiber of plastic material containing from 0.2 to 15 % by weight of at least one agent improving the sliding characteristic of the fiber and reducing its wetability to water and/or to solvents. The invention also relates to an applicator for liquid product comprising a plurality of bristles mechanically connected to a single element wherein at least one portion of the bristles is comprised of sections of a fiber hereabove defined; said applicators are particularly useful for the application of cosmetic products.</p> |
