<p>PURPOSE:To accurately watch other surrounding ships, etc., night and day without receiving any influence from the weather condition and to more clearly recognize the shapes, speeds, courses, etc., of the ships. CONSTITUTION:A target designating means 22 designates a prescribed one of the targets caught by means of radar equipment constituted of a radar antenna 10 and radar indicator 12. A target tracking computing element 20 tracks the designated target and a ship pitching and rolling correction circuit 26 controls the set direction of an infrared camera 14 by correcting the direction with the pitching and rolling alphaR and alphaP detected by means of a sensor 28 for detecting the inclination of a horizontal and vertical axes. The picture of the target caught by means of the camera 14 is displayed on the screen of a display 18. Therefore, the picture of the target can be taken even at night or even under a bad weather condition and the shape, aspect, speed, course, etc., of the target can be recognized in a short time.</p> |
